Route A & B applicants:

Please contact ION at grandparenting@ion.ac.uk should you need previous course syllabus to support your application. Please note this is not a requirement from the NTC.

Route C applicants: ION graduates between 2001-2007

ION has now received approval for graduates to register with the Nutritional Therapy Council (NTC) via route C. The NTC has confirmed that ION graduates between 2001-2007 have met all the key learning outcomes of the core curriculum and National Occupational Standards (NOS) with a few exceptions. As a result ION graduates can join the register immediately. When renewing membership of the Nutritional Therapy Council, graduates will need to provide evidence that they have purchased the recommended material and/or completed the omitted learning outcomes.

The Nutritional Therapy Council has also recommended that all graduates who submit applications to join the Nutritional Therapy Council via route C should also submit a completed practice audit with their application and then when ready, submit the remaining CPD for other areas omitted.

Details on the CPD requirements for Route C applicants can be found here: http://www.nutritionaltherapycouncil.org.uk/RouteC.htm
