Why have a nutritional consultation?

Everyone is unique and not one diet or health programme suits us all. Nutritional therapy considers you as an individual – your nutritional status, general health, lifestyle, symptoms and goals. Our therapists will work with you to understand where imbalances lie, to optimize your digestion and absorption of nutrients and to devise a dietary programme that is practical and helps you to achieve your goals.

What happens during the consultation?

Prior to your consultation you will be asked to complete a nutritional questionnaire that will take into consideration your diet, lifestyle and current health issues. Then during your initial consultation our therapist will go through your questionnaire, looking at your health history, lifestyle and current diet and explain some of the factors influencing your condition with initial recommendations being made. At this stage it may be considered that one or more tests are necessary to really understand nutritional factors underlying your condition.

After your initial consultation, follow-ups are reconmended every 4-6weeks according to your needs.

Consultation fees

  • Intial consultation - £120
  • Follow-up consultation - £60 (30 mins) or £100 (60 mins)
  • Programme fees listed separately
