Delivery Information
Deliveries are made through a courier service. If you are not present at the time of delivery a card with a contact number will be left. You will need to call this number within 3 days to arrange delivery. After 3 days your HSC will be returned, an additional postal charge incurred before re-sending unless under exceptional circumstances determined by ION.

Return Policy
Refunds are available through our 28 day guarantee, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase return it to us within 28 days of delivery; ION Returns Department, Avalon House, 72 Lower Mortlake Road, Richmond, Surrey, TW9 2JY.
Please note refunds will only be honored providing the pack is returned in perfect condition, initial postage charges cannot be refunded.
